User acknowledges that certain activities, products, and rentals have risks.  My Port A Getaway and Lauri Randall make no representations or warranties regarding risks or safety issues associated with any activity, product, and/or rental.  User agrees to conduct his/her own independent investigation concerning risks and/or safety issues associated with activities, products, and rentals.   User agrees that User is relying solely upon his/her own independent investigation concerning risks and/or safety issues associated with activities, products, and rentals and User is not relying upon any representation or statement from My Port A Getaway or Lauri Randall regarding any risks or safety issues associated with any activity, product, and/or rental.  User agrees to look to the provider of such activities, products, and rentals for any claims arising out of any risk, safety issue, damage, or personal harm to User or anyone associated with User in connection with any activity, product, or rental (AND USER WARRANTS AND AGREES NOT TO ASSERT ANY SUCH CLAIMS AGAINST MY PORT A GETAWAY OR LAURI RANDALL).  My Port A Getaway and Lauri Randall make no representations, warranties, or agreements regarding the quality of the activities, products, and/or rentals, and make no warranties or agreements regarding prices or availability.  User agrees that he/she is relying solely upon his/her own investigation regarding the quality of the activities, products, and rentals, and agrees to look to the provider of such activities, products, and/or rentals for any claims regarding price, availability, and/or the quality of the activities, products, and/or rentals (AND USER WARRANTS AND AGREES NOT TO ASSERT ANY SUCH CLAIMS AGAINST MY PORT A GETAWAY OR LAURI RANDALL).  User further agrees not to redistribute or resale the information assembled by My Port A Getaway.
